Agronomy Account Manager

Northern Partners Cooperative is seeking a relationship-driven and agronomically minded Agronomy Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll work directly with member-owners to deliver trusted agronomic solutions while helping improve their operational and financial success.

The Agronomy Account Manager is responsible for promoting and selling crop input products—including fertilizer, crop protection, and seed—while building long-term, value-added relationships with growers. This position involves regular on-farm visits to assess crop plans, provide recommendations, and ensure customer satisfaction.

In addition to sales responsibilities, the Agronomy Account Manager will assist with operational duties during peak agronomy seasons, contributing to a strong team dynamic and excellent customer service.

Agronomy Operations & Maintenance Technician

As an Agronomy Operations & Maintenance Technician at Northern Partners Cooperative, you’ll be an essential part of our agronomy team—supporting both the daily operations of our facilities and the maintenance of critical equipment. Your role helps ensure our agronomy locations run safely, efficiently, and reliably throughout the year.

In this full-time, year-round position, you’ll take on a variety of responsibilities—from equipment repair and facility upkeep to assisting with seasonal product applications and customer service. Your work directly supports our mission to deliver trusted solutions, innovation, and value to the growers and communities we serve.

Seed Operations & Maintenance Technician

Join Northern Partners Cooperative as a Seed Operations & Maintenance Technician and play a vital role in supporting local farmers. You’ll be responsible for operating and maintaining our seed warehouse — from receiving and treating to packaging and shipping high-quality seed products. This hands-on role ensures seed health, safety, and performance through precise chemical applications and equipment operation. Work closely with our Seed and Agronomy Sales teams to deliver exceptional service and quality to our members.
